He was an Indian economist, jurist and politician.
He headed the committee drafting the Constitution of India.
He was the 1st Indian Minister of Law and Justice.
He was posthumously conferred Bharat Ratna (India’s highest civilian award) in 1990.
The guidelines mentioned in the book “The Problem of the Rupee- It’s origin and It’s Solution” written by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was passed as the RBI Act in 1934 by Central Legislative Assembly.
